In the 8th grade my United States government teacher Ms. Evelyn looked me in the eye and told me I could be anything I dreamed. It is the first memory I have of someone reflecting back to me the hope I privately held inside.

Over the years many others stepped up and through to provide me guidance when I've asked for it, and in times I didn't know I needed it. So now many years into adulting I pay it forward by offering my time to others. I am happy to review resumes, conduct mock interviews, or want to talk through challenges in advancing.
