I'm currently at capacity. Please check back in June, or add yourself to my waiting list. Because demand is high and I do this purely as a volunteer, I cap the number of mentees I can take on each month.
I am best suited to support PMs that are, or have, managed media, ecommerce, marketplace, or b2c products in startup environments.
I encourage people from under-represented groups in tech, including women, people of color, and members of the LGBTQIA+ community to reach out.

How it works
For PMs at any stage of career, you are welcome to set up a 30 minute networking meeting so we may get to know each other, and you can share your job search goals with me.

Developing PM Competencies
Product Management attracts dynamic people, and those people face dynamic challenges in navigating their career.

How it works
I invite mid- career (3+ years) Product Managers to set up a 30 minute networking meeting. so we may get to know each other, and you can share how you are thriving in PM, and how you are struggling. Not sure? That is ok too. We can assess your competencies.

By the end of the meeting I'll give you my honest assessment if and how I can help. I generally propose 1 to 3 follow up meetings to help you build the skill and/or reflect on what you've learned through resources I've shared with you.
Practicing Leadership Skills
At some point in every Product Management career, you realize your success doesn't hinge on your ability to get things done. It is reliant on your ability to build relationships and persuade people across the organization, including executives.

I invite senior level Product Managers (7+ years) to set up a 30 minute networking meeting. so we may get to know each other, and you can share examples of how you are struggling to navigate organizational politics, and/or persuade the people around you.
